J.W.Anderson has a clever approach to ad campaigns. It seamlessly jumps from landscape to still life and portrait photography and from more commercial models like Bella Hadid—who was the face of Fall 2016—to cult indie names like Chloë Sevigny, who has just been revealed as the star of next season. The 42-year-old actress was captured by Jamie Hawkesworth and styled by Benjamin Bruno in the key looks for Spring 2017 and lends the kind of signature cool that’s seen her revered as a style icon since the early ’90s. Appearing in four out of the full campaign’s seven images, Chloë’s portraits appear alongside what appear to be photographs of clothes blowing in the breeze.
