Get Ready to Ride Out on CR Parade x MATE. Limited Edition E-Bike

START body

Ready to kick up the speed? E-bikes are pretty much everywhere today. As reported by The New York Times, the pandemic spiked e-biking sales 145 percent from 2019 to 2020 creating an e-biking boom as one of the biggest trends for this generation.

For CR’s first-ever merch collaboration, we’re teaming up with the Copenhagen-based e-biking brand MATE. for a e-bike collaboration around our new issue CR Parade that bridges high fashion and high speed. Coming off of partnerships with fashion brands like Moncler and Palm Angels, MATE. knows a thing or two about making a super sleek machine without sacrificing any of its functionality. This e-bike offers up a chic matte black finish with CR Parade branding, and bonus, the MATE. hits up to around 25 mph, so make sure you hold on tight.

In addition to launching a limited quantity of 50 bikes on CR’s e-shop, two bikes from the collection that have been autographed by various celebrities, influencers, and friends of the publication will tour the Paris Fashion Week for the Spring/Summer 2022 runways and Cannes Film Festival of 2022. It completed its first leg of the tour at the Paris Fashion Week Autumn/Winter 2021, where Irina Shayk and Riccardo Tisci among others autographed the bike. At the end of the full tour, it will be auctioned at a charity event yet to be revealed.
