Doesn’t everyone wish former supermodel Yolanda Hadid were their mom? Her kids, Bella and Gigi Hadid, are two of the most successful models in the world and even her youngest son, Anwar is rising up through the industry’s ranks. Besides passing along her impeccable genes to her three children, Yolanda is also credited for keeping her them grounded as they navigate life in the spotlight. Whereas other supermodels are infamous divas or tabloid fixtures, Yolanda’s clan is known for being as down-to-earth as they are famous. All things considered, we can’t think of anyone more suited to mentor up-and-coming models than Yolanda—which is exactly what she’s going to do in 2018.

Early next year, Yolanda is confirmed to host a new reality show called Model Moms, on Lifetime. The show’s premise is that she’ll teach aspiring teen models and their “momagers” the ropes of the fashion industry. Unlike other model-themed television series like America’s New Top Model, and The Face, there won’t be weekly eliminations. Instead, contestants will compete to win a 00 cash prize each episode.

According to a report by new site, Deadline, the focus of the show isn’t to engineer drama between the contestants, but rather to help the participants cultivate physical, emotional, and mental wellness that will help them survive in the industry. At the end of the series, Yolanda’s favorite contestant will automatically sign with her management company and be put forward for a modeling contract with IMG.
