Rosalía surprises the world again with her latest single, “Juro Que,” which translated into English means “I swear that.” The Grammy-nominated singer released the song yesterday along with an accompanying music video that features Spanish actor Omar Ayuso, star of Netflix series Elite. The video was directed by Tanu Muino.

Animated by her flamenco-fusion sound, “Juro Que” tells the story of a woman grieving the arrest of her man, wanting to do whatever it takes to be by his side. With an acoustic-driven soundtrack that speaks to her Spanish roots, the new video has garnered over five million views in the past 24 hours.

Rosalía rose to fame after collaborating with artists such as Travis Scott, J Balvin, Pharrell Williams, and James Blake. This year, she is nominated for two Grammy Awards, with the ceremony taking place this Sunday night, January 26. She’s up for Best New Artist and Best Latin Rock, Urban or Alternative Album.
