Paris’s most luxurious concept store Colette recently announced its plans to close up shop in December, but that isn’t stopping the landmark boutique from adding one more brand to its roster of designer clothing and accessories before they leave us for good. Today, it’s been reported that a selection of Kanye West’s first collection of Yeezy jewelry will go on sale at Colette starting now.
West partnered with Jacob Arabo, and his eponymous company Jacob the Jeweler, on a 12-piece collection of 14th century Florentine inspired rings and necklaces. Much of the jewelry represents the Yeezy brand itself, featuring song lyrics off the Saint Pablo album, specifically “This is a God Dream” from “Ultralight Beam,” and religious iconography that Kanye is known for donning himself. The collaboration’s official launch was announced back in April, available on both of the designer’s platforms, yeezysupply.com and jacobandco.com.
Aligning with Yeezy Season 4, the jewelry’s price tags don’t stray in their comparison to any other West labeled product. Starting at €2,100 (,490 USD), the lot of the ten-piece selection extends to a hefty €18,700 (,123) for the ‘Virgin Mary’ Medallion Necklace.
The pieces are now available at Colette’s 213 Rue Saint Honoré store, and at colette.fr, making it impossible for the beloved boutique to go out with anything less than a bang.
