At the age of 19, she made her international debut on Alexander McQueen’s Spring 1998 runway. She’s since been credited with making feminine curves popular again after a period that’s controversially referred to as “heroin chic.” Fast forward three decades and Gisele, who goes in and out of retirement, is among the highest-paid models in the world.
