While COVID-19 has undeniably altered the world we live in, our small, personal bubbles have been affected, too. With exhibitions digitized, premieres canceled, and bars and gyms closed, we are left to the confines of our own homes. But social isolation doesn’t mean health deprivation, and for many working out is as important to our mental health as it is physical appearance. In times of quarantine, CR MEN turned to friend of the magazine, David Alexander Flinn (a photographer and creative no stranger to flipping the camera to himself) to see how we can stay active while indoors.
