High fashion is honoring the origins of raw skate style in a shoot of Arsun Sorrenti, the 18-year-old model-musician son of legendary photographer Mario Sorrenti, in the sixth issue of CR Men’s.
Lensed by Sloan Laurits and styled by Mac Huelster, the spread and accompanying film depict Arsun, along with other skate stars Shawn Powers, Brandon James, CJ Ortiz, Kentaro Tomoi, Beatrice Domond, Kobe Delgado, Tenzin Che Miyahira, and Atticus Jones performing tricks around New York City. The video, shot in wide-angle lens to evoke a gritty, raw feeling to the production, showcases youth culture unfiltered.
