Ruffles were reigning at Rodarte’s rainy return to the New York stage with a ghostlike and glamorous Spring/Summer 2019 collection. The models walked down the runway (a cemetery!) in multi-colored layers of lace wrapped with satin sashes, and donning extravagant head pieces (some in veils, some in flower crowns.)
