Giambattista Valli tulle creations and high-low dresses, dubbed the “mullet” dress, have been a red carpet favorite for years and seen on the likes of Rihanna, Jennifer Lopez, and other celebrities. Yesterday at the amFAR Gala Cannes, Valli debuted his new collaboration with H&M on none other than supermodel Kendall Jenner.

Jenner arrived at the annual gala in a hot pink tulle dress with a mini skirt at the front and a flowing train behind her. The supermodel arrived with Valli himself, as well as his recruited muses H.E.R., Chris Lee, Chiara Ferragni, Bianca Brandolini, and Ross Lynch to model the first styles from his collection. Called “Project Love,” the limited-edition gowns and tailored pieces for men will be released in H&M stores on May 25, 2019 before the full collection releases in November.

H.E.R debuted The Dream Dress, a tulle white gown with a sheer bustier, while Jenner stunned in The Neon Signature hot pink strapless tulle gown, which she described as “gorgeous, dramatic, and fiercely feminine.”

“I am excited about this collaboration: H&M gives me the opportunity to bring my vision of style and my celebration of beauty to a wider audience,” Valli said. “The goal is to share my love for beauty and to be able to be part of everyone’s ‘happy moments,’ to help create love stories all around the world.”

The Giambattista Valli x H&M collection will launch with an early drop in H&M stores on May 25, 2019 before the full collection releases later in November.
