Grimes and Elon Musk Welcome a Baby Boy

Grimes and Elon Musk welcomed the birth of their first child on Monday night. The Tesla and SpaceX CEO took to Twitter to let followers know Grimes had gone into labor. “A few hours away!” Musk wrote. He also let dedicated followers in on the details, announcing the that the baby is a boy and revealing the couple has named the him X Æ A-12 Musk in a not-so-serious (or totally serious) tweet.

Musk additionally posted a photo of the baby in an AI face tattoo filter. “Never too old for some ink,” he joked.

The CR Japan cover star first revealed she was around seven months pregnant in January with an Instagram post of herself with a photoshopped fetus. Since then, the Canadian musician has launched an Instagram account for a virtual creation named War Nymph and subsequently dropped her fifth studio album, Miss Anthropocene.
