All You Need to Know About Jimmy Choo x Off-White

Calling all footwear fanatics: Jimmy Choo is partnering with Off-White on a shoe collection. In somewhat under-the-radar announcements made via Instagram, the fine jeweler revealed that the collaboration will debut during Virgil Abloh’s Spring/Summer 2017 runway show this Thursday during Paris fashion week.

Following recent projects with the likes of Ikea and Jenny Holzer, this isn’t the streetwear designer’s first time working on a shoe—just this past month he unveiled a multi-sneaker collaboration with Nike to much fanfare.

Abloh usually designs shoes with his collections in mind, which likely means this collection—aptly titled Off-White c/o Jimmy Choo—will take inspiration from Princess Diana.

Though the actual details have so far been rather cryptic, it appears that fans can expect a high-heel of some sort: possibly a strappy, branded stiletto; possibly something pink. Whatever it is, CR will be the first to show you, as we live stream the event this Thursday, Sept. 28, 2017 at 3 PM EST.
