Born in a small town in Oklahoma, William Bradley Pitt grew up with a burning passion for film. Throughout his young life, these aspirations took a backseat to a traditional upbringing going to school, playing on sports teams, and attending university. During his final semester of college as a journalism major, Pitt dropped out and moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in acting. Struggling to find steady work in the industry, he worked as a limousine driver for bachelorette parties to score some extra cash. In an unexpected stroke of luck, Pitt was scouted by a talent agent and cast in a variety of roles for his handsome looks. His charm would lead him to some of the biggest roles of his career, including his breakout appearance in Thelma & Louise in 1991.
