The Gucci Museum in Florence has unveiled two new rooms dedicated to Tom Ford, whose reign as the house’s creative director ran from 1994 to 2004. It goes without saying that his influence on the house has been both lasting and heavily referenced. He’s celebrated for rescuing a then-stalling Gucci from bankruptcy with his slinky take on ready-to-wear and overtly sexual ad campaigns, which were done in collaboration with Carine Roitfeld.

Alessandro Michele—who was hired by Ford for Gucci’s London office in 2002—hopes that the two dedicated rooms will remind visitors of Ford’s enduring fingerprint on the house. The first room will highlight his most iconic ready-to-wear pieces, while the other will focus solely on Ford’s infamous GG-themed accessories, including a pair of handcuffs, a dog collar, and a g-string. Both rooms are painted from top to bottom in cherry red as an ode to the characteristic passion, sensuality, and downright sexiness of Ford’s Gucci.

The Gucci Museo is located at Piazza della Signoria, 10 in Florence, Italy
