The Latest from Beyoncé? A New Project with Laverne Cox

Despite giving birth to twins only a few months ago, Beyoncé certainly hasn’t slowed down. In addition to recently releasing How To Make Lemonade (a limited-edition tome chronicling the making of her visual album Lemonade), she apparently has a new project coming out with Laverne Cox. The actress revealed earlier this week to Access Hollywood that she will be collaborating with Queen Bey, and then confirmed the news on Twitter and Instagram yesterday.

“Yes it’s true. I am collaborating with @beyonce on a new project. #QueenBey herself. More details Sept. 6. #Beyonce #TransIsBeautiful” she wrote.

There is no information yet as to what exactly the project is; Cox was mostly tight-lipped in her interview. And considering Bey’s penchant for dropping surprise content on us, we likely won’t get anything from her end. Luckily September 6th is only a few weeks away, so fans of both the stars won’t be waiting too long. In the meantime, we suggest curling up with the Beyoncé-covered issue 5 of CR to pass the time.
